"Nicki made me six gluten free red velvet cupcakes last week and they were to die for. It can be so hard to get gluten free products to taste like their full gluten counterparts but Nicki nailed it! The cupcakes were moist and perfectly flavored and the cream cheese icing was perfect! They are also really pretty! My mom has already asked if she can have them again for her birthday in October.
